Right now, the US Congress is sneaking in a new law that gives them big brother spy powers over the entire web -- and they're hoping the world won't notice. We helped stop their Net attack last time, let's do it again.
Over 100 Members of Congress are backing a bill (CISPA) that would give private companies and the US government the right to spy on any of us at any time for as long as they want without a warrant. This is the third time the US Congress has tried to attack our Internet freedom. But we helped beat SOPA, and PIPA -- and now we can beat this new Big Brother law.
Our global outcry has played a leading role in protecting the Internet from governments eager to monitor and control what we do online. Let's stand together once again -- and beat this law for good. Sign the petition then forward to everyone who uses the Internet!

Comment by Curtis J Neeley Jr., MFA on May 14, 2012 at 6:22pm The Open Internet has ALWAYS been against the law. ALWAYS.
When the laws that ARE ALREADY ON THE BOOKS SINCE 1943 are enforced EXACTLY as written, the "Open" simultaneous internet wire and radio communications will cease to exist.
The Internet has ALWAYS BEEN ILLEGAL!
FULL DISCLOSURE:
I have sued the United States, the FCC, Google Inc, Microsoft Corporation and NameMedia Inc and have asked that 47 USC §151 be enforced requiring the FCC to regulate interstate and international indecent wire communications defined in 47 USC §153 and force the United States to enforce the "Progress Clause" of the Constitution that has been violated since 1787 in the copy[rite] BACKWARDS United States.
The case is accessible online for free at my docket mirror with links from there also to the paid court files in case you would rather pay $.08/page instead.
The mirror is current as of May 14, 2012. 5/14/2012
Neeley v NameMedia Inc et al, (5:12-cv-05074) Free mirror of docket. I already paid for this.
Neeley v NameMedia Inc et al, (5:12-cv-05074) Court docket for $.08.page via PACER.
I requested 47 USC 230(c)(1) be found unconstitutional and this will immediately end the liability free open internet wire communications. There is nothing ANYONE can do to stop enforcement of the laws that are now being ignored because of the rulings of a confused senior citizen Justice about to be given an award for inventing the Internet!
I am not BIG BROTHER! I WILL NEVER STOP.
Susan B Anthony never stopped though charged $100 by the Supreme Court for being the first voting female nearly 50 years before the United States let all other women vote shortly after WWI.
unconstitutional 47 USC §230(c)(1) follows.
(c) Protection for “Good Samaritan” blocking and screening of offensive material
Comment by Curtis J Neeley Jr., MFA on May 10, 2012 at 11:37pm Accessing adult content or posting adult content claiming to be an adult of legal age, -the presumption of privacy has been waived and this was affirmed or ruled by the Supreme Court already in Doe v. Reed, (09-559). Adults promising to be of legal age create a state inteest in identification on even controversial subjects.
