This is definitely worth watching! It's from 2008, but that's perfect - we can see how the notion of "way-new collaboration" has exploded into a nation of tweets and "friending" on Facebook.  Although the comments on YouTube tend to be uninformed that's nonetheless interesting in itself! :-)  (imho)  Rheingold is one of the true gurus/pioneers of virtual life, online communities, and "cyberpsychology/sociology".  So for anyone with 20 minutes of focus power and an interest in the phenomenon of "online life" &/or historical trends, this is pure gold.
